Please note: a booking is not placed on our calendar until a deposit of 1/3
of the total amount is received.  Once you submit this form, you will
receive an invoice within 24-48 hours asking you to pay this deposit.

Your charter cost is based upon your best estimate of the time you will need the
trolley for your event. In the case where your event runs long, we will bill you after
the fact for the extra time.  If the trolley provides service, and during the event you
determine you do not need the amount of time for which you were invoiced, no
refund will be given.

The Fondren Express requires at least one responsible adult (over 21) for any
group of minors (17 and under).
